Super Tech & Associates manufactures CNC Machine Tool Controllers for Stepper, Micro Stepping and Servo motor drives for machine tools that use Desktop Computers as the machine controller. We can provide complete setups of motors, cables, controllers and software, pretested and configured before shipment, that will CNC computize most three or two axis machines and tables.

The CamPod is a USB to Parallel port adapter with built in CPU that is used as a step signal generator for creating step and direction signals. It is used with the SuperCamXp program for Windows Xp or Vista hosted systems as a machine tool controller. DXF, HPGL, BMP and G-code files can be used as machine tool paths.

The Mighty Box controllers are for stepper motors, with built in power supplies. These controllers are designed to operate NEMA 23 stepper motors to provide the positioning electronics for Plasma Torch Tables and Micro Mills.

The Gecko Powered controllers are either for stepper motors or brushed servo motors, with built in linear power supplies.

The RoboTorch automatic height controller automatically raises and lowers a Plasma Torch based on the arc gap voltage. It is a complete assembly that bolts on the carriage of an XY Table and requires only a relay contract closure to work. It is compatible with all types of plasma torch control software.


We also offer on line ordering of Taig Tools Micro Mills, Lathes, Accessories and Replacement Parts. Our version of the CNC Taig Mill is the SuperCamXp program with the Mighty Box motor controller and the Taig Micro Mill. The Servo Mill is the Taig Micro Mill with a Gecko Powered controller and Brushed DC Servo Motors.
